ORGANIC SPROUTED SOFT TOFU
Compared to regular tofu, sprouted tofu utilizes soybeans that have been soaked for a few days to germinate, creating a sprout and resulting in enhanced nutrient quality.
Soft Tofu is slightly less smooth than Silken Tofu but can be used in the same way. Often used in both sweet and savory dishes, it is popular in smoothies, desserts, dressings, and vegan recipes as a substitute for dairy products due to its creamy consistency. In savory dishes, soft tofu can work well in gently simmered soups or stews.
Cooking Instructions
One of the softest varieties of tofu with a custard-like texture. Perfect for stews or blending and pureeing to make desserts, sauces, and salad dressings. Drain and lightly pat dry – no pressing required.
