Chill out with a refreshing bowl of our Korean Cold Noodles, a culinary symphony that combines the chewy buckwheat noodles with a soul-warming radish kimchi broth. Garnish with sliced cucumbers, Korean pear, a hard-boiled egg, and mustard & vinegar to taste.

Cooking Instructions
Skillet

1. Boil about 30 fl oz (3 3/4 cups or 900ml) of water. Cook Cold Noodles in the boiling water for 40 seconds while stirring slowly. 2. Remove Cold Noodles from boiling water. Rinse well in cold running water. Place the noodles in a bowl. 3. Add Cold Broth over the Cold Noodles. Add Mustard Sauce. Enjoy! *Adjust the amount of Mustard Sauce accroding to your preference.
