ORGANIC SPROUTED SILKEN TOFU
Compared to regular tofu, sprouted tofu utilizes soybeans that have been soaked for a few days to germinate, creating a sprout and resulting in enhanced nutrient quality.
Silken Tofu has a soft, smooth, and custard-like texture. Often used in both sweet and savory dishes, it is popular in smoothies, desserts, dressings, and vegan recipes as a substitute for dairy products due to its creamy consistency. In savory dishes, silken tofu can be used in soups or stews.
Cooking Instructions
One of the softest varieties of tofu with a custard-like texture. Perfect for stews or blending and pureeing to make desserts, sauces, and salad dressings. Drain and lightly pat dry – no pressing required.
