Plantspired Steak – Gochujang

Our plant-based steak is perfectly sliced and marinated in a spicy, sweet and savory Gochujang sauce. Widely used across Korean cuisine, gochujang is a fermented red chili paste packed with umami-rich flavors and a kick of heat. A dash of garlic and the natural sweetness from Asian pear come together to bring an authentic flare and elevation to your weekly meals.

Cooking Instructions
Nonstick Frying Pan/Skille

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat for 30 sec. Add 1 TBSP of oil to the pan. Remove product from pouch and add to the pan. Stir for 2 min. and 30 sec. Tips: Add more oil if it looks dry and cook longer, if necessary, to achieve desired texture preference.

Microwave

(1200 Watt): Cut one inch slit at the top of the pouch. Place in microwave and heat for 1 min. Let stand for 1 min before serving. Caution: Product will be hot.

Air Fryer

Set air fryer temperature to 390°F. Remove product from pouch and place in air fryer and cook for 4 – 5 min.
