1. Spread 1 Tbsp of oil on a pan and add frozen fried rice. 1. Over medium heat, heat the fried rice for 3 minutes and 30 seconds (for 1 serving) or 4 minutes (for 2 servings) while gently stiriing.
1. Pour frozen fried rice into a microwaveable bowl and cover with a microwave-safe wrap and heat accordingly. 1 serving (4 min), 2 serving (5 min 30 sec). Based on 700 W.
