How to prepare
Ingredients
For the Turkish Eggs:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Kimchi Topping:
- 1 cup Pulmuone Kimchi, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Poach the eggs to your desired doneness using your preferred method.
- Spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture on a serving plate. Place the poached eggs on top of the yogurt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chopped kimchi with sesame oil. Spoon the kimchi mixture over the poached eggs and yogurt. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped fresh dill over the dish for garnish.
